Responsibility
work closely with the Commercial Team to deliver the right pricing, promotional and channel strategy for the brand
analyse and evaluate brand performance in-market, including the impact of commercial marketing activities, recommending change or optimisation where required
work with our international teams to drive profitable growth in our lead markets through portfolio and marketing activation
understanding and confidence with P&L Management and with management of both volume and profit forecasting
integrate with the Marketing Team, Technical and manufacturing partners to drive profitable innovation projects for FREE’IST & FAVOURIT FOODS range extensions
Requirements
previous experience in FMCG, most recently in a commercial-sales or commercial-marketing role
an analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen, good numerical literacy, and experience of owning project P&Ls
experience of launching NPD or a significant packaging or portfolio change
understanding of shopper marketing levers; experience leading shopper marketing projects a bonus
knowledge of all channels in Irish Grocery
experience of budgetary management- trade investment
experience of category development or customer category development
demonstrates integrity, resilience, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
