Responsibility
- A key member of the cross-divisional team shaping our yearly sourcing needs across B2C and B2B teams
- lead the sourcing core working group, providing critical updates on relevant projects, topics and kick-offs for upcoming global sourcing events
- leverage insights and research to influence the annual promotional calendar
- liaise internally within our B2C team on building the promotional calendar and sharing participation details from suppliers on our sale events
- able to work in a structured manner such that timelines around our planning cycles are met
- collaborate with partner marketing and sales enablement teams on the marketing materials for each promotion
- contribution to post-sale reporting
- knowledgeable on competitor landscape, monitoring and sharing this within the cross-functional team
Requirements
- experience working with loyalty programs and/or supply partners
- intermediate level of presentation skills via PPT
- proven experience in project managing high-value and high-exposure projects in an e-commerce environment
- vital business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics
- ability to understand and interpret proprietary partner tools
- strong background in developing and delivering engaging loyalty propositions
- bachelor’s degree preferred
