- manage communications between our clients and the technical and creative teams
- strategically manage technical projects from start to finish with the aid of reliable internal processes to ensure everything stays on track, within budget and on-brief
- anticipate problems before they happen, and work with the wider team to solve problems and get past barriers
- scope out solutions to problems or client requests through research and hands on testing, and brief the team on the proposed approach
- develop an in-depth understanding of your client’s business and their stakeholders, and use this knowledge to guide the team on best approaches
- assist with the team wherever you can in order to keep project moving, unblock team members where possible and delivery outcomes on time
- ensure the consistent delivery of a high standard of quality and be ready to provide the team with constructive feedback in order to meet the client’s goals, ensuring that the final product meets a professional standard and supports our client’s brand and growth aspirations
Requirements
- proven project management and/or account management experience
- technical knowledge in WordPress and general software development
- strong lateral thinking and analytical problem solving skills
- experience with project management software and version controlling
- digital Project Management: 1 year
