Responsibility
- oversees and manages all areas of German Doner Kebab Restaurant
- ensures guest service meets company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained
- respond efficiently to customer complaints, taking appropriate action to solve the problem
- enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- organise and supervise shifts
- train and develop staff through orientations, ongoing feedback
- appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Requirements
- proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager
- store management
- demonstrated experience in customer service management
- he/she should be able to work in standing positions for up to eight hours per period
- extensive food knowledge
- § Proven working experience as Restaurant Manager
- A qualified candidate for the position of a restaurant supervisor must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and also possess the enthusiasm to work with colleague and staff as a team player
- § Demonstrated experience in customer service management
