Responsibility

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
  • customer Service
  • ensure responsible alcohol service and check IDs when necessary- compliance with local licensing
  • greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and arcade
  • manage customer inquiries, offering detailed information about our products and services- including exclusive hire
  • take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions
  • uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times

Requirements

  • previous bar experience is preferred but not essential
  • friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shopping periods
  • previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • team player with a strong work ethic
  • basic understanding of cash handling procedures
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
