- the Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience, as well as overseeing hiring and staffing. This role is part administrative but primarily operational on shift during show performances
- location: Pedley Street Station, 63 Pedley Street, London
- guest Experience: Oversee and manage the entire guest experience, ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure
- managing guest lists and table plans on the night
- leading on allergy and dietary awareness and management of service with the kitchen and supporting teams
- hiring and Recruitment: Lead the hiring and recruitment process for front of house staff
Requirements
- previous Hospitality Management: Proven experience in managing front of house operations in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- hiring Expertise: Strong skills in hiring, recruitment, and onboarding of front of house staff
