Responsibility
- achieve/exceed counter productivity target by setting clear objectives per week, per month and per year
- to lead and coach your team to achieve the sales targets
- set daily, weekly and monthly targets including clear objectives for each team member in line with company expectations and KPI’s
- to pro-actively sell across all 3 product categories, increasing ATV and IPT
- IT literate, able to use various forms of technology to report and record both sales and customers
- demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each product
- inspire our customers with the Givenchy Legacy through story telling whilst providing outstanding customer service
- aware of key competitor activity and communicate this effectively to the team and report weekly to Area Manager
Requirements
