- first Thought Care Services, is a privately owned organisation meeting the needs of those that we support, in a variety of ways
Responsibility
- ensure we meet the highest quality and standards including risk assessments, support plans and person centred plans
- ensuring that appropriate resources are made available and effectively deployed
- to provide the Registered Manager with a weekly report
- participate in an on-call support system, to provide support for those who are on-call and provide hands on support when required
