- finders Recruitment are currently seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join part of a market-leading Estate Agency firm in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
- you will be joining a well-established company who are willing to offer a very competitive salary for the right candidate
- guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and market insights
- organize and conduct property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property
- negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
- collaborate with colleagues and legal professionals to ensure a smooth property transaction
- utilize CRM systems and other technology tools to manage property listings and client relationships
Requirements
- previous experience of being an estate agent with a sales background
- strong negotiation skills
- excellent knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets
- professional appearance and demeanor
- valid driver's license and have access to your own transport
