  • recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
  • taking responsibility for presentation of products, ensuring they are correctly merchandised and stocked to agreed levels
  • responsible for the financial performance including hitting sales targets and managing workforce costs and supply chain costs

Requirements

  • must have a flexible and disciplined approach to work
  • some experience of working in a Quick Service Restaurant or cafe
  • able to work as part of a team and on their own
  • minimum RQF Level 3/BTEC/Higher Secondary School equivalent required
  • knowledge of Food hygiene would be advantageous
  • high standards of work ethic and pride in your work
  • eligibility to work in the UK
  • managererial: 3 years
