Educated to HND level or equivalent (SCQF level 8) in a relevant discipline or recent experience in a similar role with proven experience deploying and operating a large number of end user devices running Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, Chrome OS and/or iOS. Experience installing and configuring IT equipment, using desktop imaging and management tools and also mobile device management tools is essential as is experience using a service desk/help desk within a multi-disciplinary team.
