About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to join the team at our Finch Farm training facility, working on a casual basis as an Academy Teacher within our Academy Education & Player Care department. The Academy runs a ‘school release’ programme for U15 and U16 Academy players, where coaching takes place at our Finch Farm training ground during certain school days. Education sessions are factored into the programme for the boys to ensure they are supported academically. We are looking for qualified secondary school teachers, particularly in the core subjects (Maths, English and Science) who have experience of teaching up to GCSE level and with the flexibility to teach to small groups of students during our afternoon time slots. Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will need to have a sound knowledge and understanding of how to promote equalities and ensure inclusive teaching and learning. Essentially, the successful candidate must hold qualified teacher status as well as being able to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of effective practices to safeguard children and young people. About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teacher to join us at Everton Free School and Football college. The role involves the design and delivery of high quality, adapted intervention sessions to young people at our school. In addition to this the successful candidate will be passionate about developing a love of reading and learning in our students. The role requires a patient, motivated and organised individual who is willing to work with key members of staff to ensure that the curriculum is accessible to all young people who attend Everton Free School.
