- support with creation and management of the digital marketing strategy
- manage the website end to end user experience. Perform A/B and multivariate testing
- implement and manage digital communication and marketing automation strategies
- manage agency relationships for the digital strategy, including SEM, PPC, SEO activity and website development
- management of prospect/lead data strategy and processes for marketing activity
- work with the Insights team to identify and utilise customer data to create improvements
- identify trends and anomalies in data
- measure, evaluate and report performance of all digital marketing activity using various analytics tools and assess against KPIs
