Responsibility
- you will assist with the completion of all candidate recruitment checks in line with employment law and company policy and procedure
- you will escalate issues to the Business Manager where there are issues relating to any pre-employment checks
- save all relevant paperwork/documents in the appropriate candidate files according to protocols

- send out invitation emails to candidates for interviews or assessments
- keep candidate and line managers up to date with progress as required
- the collation of information to maintain and record the overtime, annual leave and sickness processes on a system
- complete all administrative tasks relating to operational staff, vehicle and resource availability, staff absence and overtime
- liaise with Operational Management teams on issues relating to operational matters
- basic knowledge and application of company policies and procedures and HR policies in order to deal with staff and management queries and provide basic advice
- liaise with Fleet Maintenance and/or the management team on issues relating to vehicle defects, road traffic accidents, servicing, MOTs etc
- maintain office filing systems including updating personal files and filing data bases
Requirements
- experience of office/administrative work
- demonstrate an excellent attendance and unblemished work record
- recent experience of using an email system
