Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- ensuring full attendance and engagement at college
- ensuring all college assignments are completed to the required standards and on time
- assisting the Engineering team with breakdowns and repairs
- in partnership with Glasgow Clyde College you will gain a recognised qualification in Engineering while receiving valuable on the job training and development from our skilled in-house Engineering team
- assisting the Engineering team with the planned maintenance schedule
- the hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with 3 days at College in your first year and 2 days in the workplace
- following operating procedures and processes
- applying a safety focused approach to all activities, complying with all health and safety requirements
Requirements
- national 5 qualification in Maths, Physics and a Technical subject
- ability to travel to Glasgow Clyde College and attend the workplace in Paisley or Linwood
- previous experience in a workplace is preferred but not required
