  • conducting regular one to ones with all team members
  • assisting with the integration of new teams/staff following company acquisitions
  • report weekly and monthly KPIs to SC Collections & Payments Manager
  • supervising the purchase ledger team ensuring invoices are entered correctly and on time
  • overseeing and reviewing supplier payment runs ensuring a high level of accuracy prior to director sign off
  • reviewing the ledger on a timely basis ensuring old items and anomalies are investigated and dealt with
