- assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
- proficient in using Google Suite
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- strong clerical and organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- previous office experience is preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
