EASY SOLUTION PAYROLL SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:
payroll manager
Responsibility
- liaising and reporting to senior management
- this role will work directly alongside the Director, Sales Manager & 1 other direct report within the payroll department
- assisting with managing a team
- payroll processing for our UK clients, importing bulk data of new clients
- you & your colleagues will be responsible for the timely & accurate processing of a portfolio of clients across weekly, fortnightly & monthly payroll runs
- resolving Issues: Address escalated payroll queries within 24 hours
- year-End Filings: Manage year-end tax filings and pension schemes
- ensuring Compliance: Maintain GDPR compliance
Requirements
- experience with CIS submissions preferred but not essential
- education: Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably CIPP certified
- experience: 2 Years+ in payroll management preferred although not essential
- experience: 3 Years+ in payroll management preferred although not essential
- experience: 3-5 years in payroll, with experience in team leadership
- technical Skills: Extensive knowledge in Sage Software
- technical Skills: Proficiency in Sage Software
- analytical: Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
