Responsibility
- the successful applicant will be passionate about working with our lovely children and families
- you will have enthusiasm and a passion for ensuring our children have the best start and enjoy their time at nursery
- we have a reduced paperwork and planning ethos that supports and nurtures the individual needs of our children
- we are looking for an experienced Early Years practitioner qualified to level 3 or above in Childcare, to join our fantastic team at our setting in Weston Coyney
- DBS and satisfactory references are required as per our safer recruitment procedure
- the role is for a full time Room Leader and the successful applicant must hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare
- we are looking for someone who is confident in leading a team, and in guiding them to provide a happy and fun environment for our children
- you will be supported by our management team and inspired to learn and develop through free access to fully funded training through both internal and external providers
