Responsibility
- administer monthly payroll, setting up new employees and co-ordinating salary inputs, maintain holiday bookings etc
- administration and first point of contact for company pension and other benefits
- participate in HR project work when required- benefit structure review etc
- support Performance Management process- booking appraisals and reviews, supporting line managers with feedback
- respond to enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- recruitment: Oversee recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, and compiling offer packs
- employee files maintenance in accordance to GDPR and CAA rules and regulations
- employee Relations: addressing first line employee concerns and grievances, answering queries and promoting a positive workplace culture, absence management
Requirements
- experience working within a similar role previously
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- good organisational skills
- experience using Microsoft Packages
- attention to detail and willingness to learn
