Requirements

2 years of proven experience as a Head Chef, Area Chef, Multi-Site Head Chef or similar role in the restaurant industry
strong understanding of restaurant operations, back-of-house operations & processes along with front-of-house operations
demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and drive operational excellence
excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
exceptional organizational and project management skills
effective communication and interpersonal skills
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibility

oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure adherence to company standards
introduce and refine systems and processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
manage & support Head Chefs. Provide guidance, training & performance feedback
collaborate with the Operations Director and Development Chef to align operational strategies with business goals
monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting & cost control
foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
