- managing the patient journey from initial query to treatment completion delivered through a reception and clinical team with outstanding standards
- responsible for all procedures and processes to be in place, ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
- manage a small team of employed colleagues and support and offer direction for self-employed clinicians
- ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
- drive performance by delivering objectives relating to KPI's and cost management
- proactively promote your practice to drive patient numbers
- cover reception
- cover nursing duties on rare occasion
