Responsibility
- you will be responsible for all operational activity, to maintain the smooth day to day running of the Golf Club
- you will work closely with the House Director in planning and organising club functions
- governance
- administration
- member recognition and reception
- catering Franchise service, presentation and “Front of House” to visitors
- bar service and presentation of functions
- professional shop and services
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with staff and customers at all levels
- knowledge of Intelligent Golf and budgets is preferred, but not essential
- demonstrable use of social media, Web management and marketing
- A Team Leader, self-driven with good motivational skills
- good knowledge of continual professional development ensuring staff skills are improved or maintained
- A proven experience within a Golf club or busy Hospitality environment. Although consideration will be given to candidates who have sufficient experience in Events Planning or a large sports club environment
