- phase 1 – Interior Fit Out conversion of an existing Fire Station into a 5\* Hotel – 60nr Bedrooms, Ensuites, Corridors, Staircases, Bars, Restaurants, Front and BOH
- phase 2 – additional Interior Fit Out conversion of an existing Police Station, Magistrates Courts – further 32nr Bedrooms, Ensuites, Corridors, Staircases, Bars, Restaurants, Front and BOH
- position is Site Based
- the candidate will be ideally based locally, surrounding areas
- high End Hotel Experience is essential
- project: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Requirements
- experience in structural alterations, refurbishments, cut & carve projects
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in internal fit out
- ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- asbestos Awareness
- proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the trade
- CSCS card - Site Manager
- knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
