Responsibility
preparation of sales particulars and creation of property descriptions, advertisements, window cards, and some social media posts
liaising with various marketing organisations to present our property stock i.e. Rightmove
organisation and responsibility for agreements, offer letters, appraisal documentation and other administrative correspondence for clients, customers and third parties
meeting and greeting office walk ins, answering the office telephone and dealing with incoming enquiries and appointments
building strong relationships within a well-established client and applicant base and conduct regular contact and communication
assisting with meticulous marketing strategies for our sales department, including both traditional and digital marketing methods
handling the entire ‘take on’ process for our new instructed sales properties; liaising with new clients, booking the initial appointment to prepare the property for marketing, booking EPC assessments etc
assisting with general office duties within our fast paced and well-established North Somerset branch, plus meeting and greeting office walk-ins
Requirements
well-presented for an office environment
attention to detail, grammar and typing skills
