Requirements

- strong PC skills
- drive to deliver to defined goals
- fibre Optics in a Telecoms
- geographical Information Systems , e.g. QGIS or ArcGIS and network planning tools
- ability to interpret detailed data requirements
- A knowledge of GIS would be an advantage, but is not essential
