Responsibility

  • our Client Account Managers are a vital part of our ‘trio’ based teams system
  • day to day, responsibilities include, amongst others
  • helping tenants ensure that their Direct Debit and rental payments take place smoothly, with a caring, respectful and diligent understanding
  • you’ll work directly within mini teams alongside a Property Manager and a Contracts Manager, collectively responsible for the smooth and efficient management of Edinburgh based property portfolios
  • your exceptional attention to detail in the day-to-day financial elements of each property in your portfolios will be essential to the team’s success
  • providing clients with clear and concise monthly statements and ensuring all related invoices and other financial aspects are in order and correct
