Responsibility
- the management and operational delivery of multi-site across a number of client sites, ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times
- closely adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures and encourage safe working practices at all times
- managing soft FM services to and across multiple sites
- performance management across teams, reporting and monitoring performance
- financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets
- undertake regular client meetings and produce management reports on a monthly basis
- ensure highest levels of Health and Safety and Environmental standards are achieved across sites at all times
- directly manage line managers and motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance
