Requirements

proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the e-commerce sector, with a focus on IT systems integration
strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in HR management
expertise in inventory control, logistics, and forecasting
A track record of successfully implementing process improvements and optimizing operations
financial acumen to drive profitability and growth
excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, and WMS systems is highly advantageous
