producing accurate and appropriate documentation for formal cases
escalating complex cases to Senior HR Advisors / HR Business Partner
managing incoming queries for the HR Advisory Team
capturing and tracking advice and key information in our case management system, ensuring we have accurate MI
supporting line managers in formal meetings by providing HR advice and taking meeting notes
upskilling managers knowledge of employee relations best practice
providing advice and guidance on the application of our policies, including grievance, disciplinary, sickness absence and managing underperformance in line with UK employment law
ad hoc HR project work support

Requirements
the ability to work independently and as part of team to deliver common goals
excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
experience in underwriting and SME commercial products, and of working within an e-traded environment, with knowledge of the Acturis platform preferred
proven relationship management
excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
A positive attitude with motivation to learn and develop
strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying information to customers in a professional and efficient manner
an awareness of the market and legal/industry developments
