Requirements
- the ability to get on with people of all ages and backgrounds and gain their trust
- starting pay is £110 per shift
- good organisational skills and be able to attend training
- computer literacy and administration skills
- waking night shifts are between 10pm and 8am. We are looking for staff that are available between these hours
- mental strength, to cope with challenging situations if and when these arise
- be able to write clear and concise reports
- you will be responsible for updating child's records during the night and have the Home ready for the day time team
