Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • ensure the provision of quality services
  • directly line manage the Homes Managers and facilitate supervisions / appraisals
  • act as mentor and development role for all managers
  • complete quality audits on the homes you are responsible for
  • assist with HR matters including recruitment
  • ensure all homes are compliant and are operating in line with the quality standards
  • take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections along with leading on the opening of new homes

Requirements

  • as you will be overseeing multiple homes it is essential you have multi- site management experience
  • at least 4 years experience as a Childrens Homes Manager
  • 2 years experience in a quality assurance management role
  • sound knowledge of Ofsted Regulations
  • you must have a relevant Level 5 qualification
  • IT literate
  • residential Childrens Home Manament: 3 years
  • as this role involves visiting the services in your cluster you must have a valid UK driver licence and access to a vehicle you can use for business purposes
