Responsibility
- ensure the provision of quality services
- directly line manage the Homes Managers and facilitate supervisions / appraisals
- act as mentor and development role for all managers
- complete quality audits on the homes you are responsible for
- assist with HR matters including recruitment
- ensure all homes are compliant and are operating in line with the quality standards
- take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections along with leading on the opening of new homes
Requirements
- as you will be overseeing multiple homes it is essential you have multi- site management experience
- at least 4 years experience as a Childrens Homes Manager
- 2 years experience in a quality assurance management role
- sound knowledge of Ofsted Regulations
- you must have a relevant Level 5 qualification
- IT literate
- residential Childrens Home Manament: 3 years
- as this role involves visiting the services in your cluster you must have a valid UK driver licence and access to a vehicle you can use for business purposes
