Responsibility
- we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised IT and EPoS Manager
- previous IT and EPoS experience is essential
- to provide first line assistance to users when problems with EPOS and associated systems or hardware occur Providing initial troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues and acting as a conduit for two way communication between the users and the service desk
- you will look after all the IT software and hardware needs of the company. You will also perform scheduled and ad-hoc support tasks and ensure that all of the members of staff are properly trained on the company’s systems.
- ensuring vendors back up data on a regular basis
- to ensure promotional activities are costed and completed on the system within set timetables
- any other duties as required and as commensurate with the nature and grade of this post
