Responsibility
- we are seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer with at least 1 years PQE
- the role is to undertake fee earning work and all aspects of conveyancing work
- our firm has a well-established client base and our conveyancing services are in demand
- you should have experience of managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds and help to buy
- you will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex residential property conveyancing caseloads
- you must be able to prioritise your workload, have strong attention to detail and excellent file management skills
- the position is based at our city centre Lancaster office, we are open to flexible and hybrid working arrangements
