- providing departmental support for Sales Ledger & Credit Control functions where required, to fulfil the business operational and strategic requirements
- updating and monitoring the CRM application for internal reporting
- answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and re-direct calls
- communicate in a clear, polite and concise manner with colleagues/customers in all departments as required by the demands of the business
- deal with email enquiries from internal and external sources
- data entry
- use effective and efficient communication, through letters, emails and telephone calls, to offer a continuous excellent standard of customer experience
- assist in promptly and effectively resolving customer queries and complaints, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, to promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
