Responsibility
- we are recruiting for a Unit Manager to join our Care Team
- as a Unit Manager you will possess at least 1 year's work experience in a similar environment/role
- as part of your role, you will deal with visiting professionals & liaise with family members
- completion and reviews of care plans, medication management, supervision of staff, completion of company audits
- have experience of working in a similar role
- have a proven stable employment record
- possess strong leadership qualities
- the working pattern is 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm / 8pm to 8am . If this is a fixed hours contract, it will be working 3 or 4 shifts a week on a rolling/fair play rota. These shifts will involve alternate weekend working
