carries out surveys and analyses customers' reactions to produce marketing and sales strategy
maintaining awareness of market trends, as well as monitoring movements of local competitors
initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. E-commerce and promotional activities
managing inventory levels in chain stores and planning inventory for online store, working closely with our photo studio
focusing on target customers, you'll develop an understanding of their requirements and determine the category of goods in display and the range of services to be provided
responsible for coordinating the launch of new products and brands to the business
handle customer accounts and arrange callbacks
you will be responsible for supporting the set-up and daily running of a new chain store and initially cover the role of store manager

Requirements

experience within optics is imperative
bilingual or multi-lingual, you must be able to speak fluent Mandarin with excellent presentation & communication skills
demonstrate the genuine motivation to grow within the company being able to become a solid centerpiece
be dynamic, enthusiastic, and business-minded
proven sales background of working towards individual & group sales targets
familiar with E-commerce and IT e.g. social media marketing
being able to speak with luxury clients
be highly organized with good time management skills
