Responsibility

• work as part of the Senior Management Team and any relevant departments to maximise patient activity and increase revenue

Requirements

• educated to degree level or postgraduate leadership and management qualification
• sound financial skills to be able to read and interpret financial data
• experience in Analysis, reporting and proposal development for capital assets and infrastructure investment

• experience in commercial contract management including property, funders of healthcare, NHS standard contracts
• knowledge of the service sector and the systems and processes used for revenue management and collection, debtors management
• proven ability in driving efficiency/ optimisation activities , Telephony and IT network systems oversight
• knowledge of regulatory requirements within hospital management
• at least two years’ experience in a healthcare setting and in a similar role advantageous

Earnings for position operations director

Responsibility

• maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and CHG employees
• replenishment of linen and consumables

• competence in literacy and numeracy
• good Communication skills essential
• proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
