Responsibility
- you will own the day to day running of the Northwich offices, including
- facilities Management / Contractors / Meeting and Greeting visitors
- provide admin support for Customer Order Issuing
- managing Data records across multiple – load, update, reporting
- working in our BT Local Business offices, based in Northwich , you will take ownership of duties for the day to day running of the BT Northwich offices
- provide administration support to the operations team when required, which may include the construction of commercial contracts
- you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls. You will capture, track and own the inbound calls and route them to the correct dept/colleagues of BT/BT Local Business
- assist in the progression of customer orders in flight, identifying order journey issues and providing resolutions
Requirements
- proven experience within a fast-paced Business-to-Business environment
- proficient in using bespoke disparate IT systems & multi-site phone systems
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
- attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks is a must
- ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
- you must demonstrate that you are agile and dynamic – ability to think on your feet, under time sensitive pressures
- problem solving is essential as is your ability to be confident & decisive
- be lively, outgoing, dynamic and charismatic
