Requirements

- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- familiarity with the veterinary referral industry is an advantage
- proficient in using Cloud-based computer systems for scheduling and record keeping
- ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
