- identify and target potential Clients within the hospitality and healthcare industries
- develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
- conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit
- build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts
- negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages on behalf of candidates and employers
- meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
- business development activities to grow and expand our client base
- maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activity
Requirements
- previous experience in office sales for at least 3 years
- previous experience in sales and recruitment within the hospitality and/or healthcare industries
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent time-management and organisational skills
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
