I would not reccomend anyone working for this company under the current directorship. It used to be a fantastic place to work until the last few years. There is little or no focus on staff and you are simply a number. There is no focus anymore on customer satisfaction, it is all about process and performance.
If you look at the current staff turnover and amount of leavers you will see there is something seriously wrong.
Maybe its time they looked at themselves rather than blaming everyone else and running good people into the ground. How many have left, stayed in the car trade and are much happier elsewhere? MONEY ISNT EVERYTHING AS THESE MEN SEEM TO THINK.
But people leave because of the atmosphere, too many responsibilities, low money or what is the exact factor coming from directorship that makes everyone quit?
The role of Parts Advisor Apprentice at Charles Hurst involves receiving and processing customer orders, advising customers on parts required, managing stock control, raising invoices, and ensuring accurate customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have good literacy and numeracy skills, strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to build relationships with colleagues. What is the duration of the apprenticeship program? And are there any specific benefits included in the benefits package besides the market-leading salary?
