This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to become an integral team member of our Bentley service department. You will be responsible for the daily running of the service department alongside Aftersales manager David Ritchie who has a wealth of knowledge to impart. This is a fast-paced role in a top of the range showroom so presentability and customer satisfaction skills are an absolute must. Responsibilities: The role is heavily customer focussed, maintaining the service reception whilst greeting customers and communicating via phone, email and in person.
