- CFS Care are already established in the Leaving Care and Fostering Sector and are now venturing into Residential Children’s Care
- overview of Role and requirements
- to assist the RI in the development of, and to be responsible for managing, a Registered Children’s Home
- if you are interested in joining a new team, in a new home, to help shape the culture and be part of a progressive residential children’s home service provision then join us in supporting children and young people in their own unique journeys to achieve the future that they personally aspire for
- please note that after the completion of the 6 month probation period, the signing on bonus of £2000 will be paid
- to hold regular staff meetings and to keep staff fully informed of the CFS policy and practices
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- children Acts 1989 & 2004
- care Standards Act 2000
- children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- to be responsible for the development, control, co-ordination and support of the staff group
- to supervise the Deputy Manager, enabling them to support supervising the staff team
- leadership: 1 year
- children's Home: 1 year
- to be responsible for all aspects of budgetary control relating to the Home
