- managing kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence

- we have full and part time opportunities with day hours, no late nights ,for a dynamic Sous Chef to be part of an established team who care about what they’re doing in creating a menu to delight visitors
- please note that your own transport will be required to reach the site
- the ideal candidate will ideally have experience of a busy food service environment, be able to work independently, and liaise with our head chef on a daily basis

Requirements
- proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-quality culinary establishment
- culinary diploma or relevant training from a reputable institution
- profound knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
