Requirements
- you have at least 2 years of quota-carrying experience, navigating and closing complex deals
- you have demonstrated prior success in taking responsibility for the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation and doing demos
- you thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment. You are not afraid to be scrappy and get creative to solve problems
- you are deeply interested in the problems that customers face and motivated by helping them achieve their mission using Caribou
- you have a learning mindset and can quickly get up to speed in a new, highly technical environment
- you have a track record of hitting and exceeding your targets, selling larger deals to senior technical stakeholders
- you have previous experience in commercial roles at startups, building out processes from scratch. Experience with founder-led sales would be a real plus
Responsibility
- become a product expert and voice of the market, sharing sales feedback with the engineering team to help increase product market fit
