Responsibility
- recruiting a team of care workers and ensuring that they are able to provide high-quality care services to our clients
- forming good relationships with the LA to ensure that company can obtain contracts for new business
- monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure that they are up-to-date and reflect the individual needs of each client
- ensuring that all care workers receive appropriate training and support to enable them to carry out their roles effectively
- legacy Homecare is a start-up domiciliary care provider with CQC registration, based in Coventry and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager, to join our team on a full-time basis
- liaising with clients and their families to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
- as a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting a team of care workers , you will be expected to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that all care plans are up-to-date and that the service is delivered in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
