• monitor daily open marketplace orders & account
• assist with parts/product information management in the form of creating content for website use, ecommerce platforms and social media
• creating high quality product listings on eBay, Facebook and other online marketplaces

• researching items to ensure they are listed with the correct starting price and that titles contain high performing search keywords
• working within our brand and photography guidelines to give a consistent look and feel to each marketplace

• monitor customer feedback on Amazon, eBay and highlight areas for concern
• adhere to Marketplace policies
• perform regular product catalogue checks to ensure ongoing quality of listings, troubleshooting and resolving product listing errors when necessary
