Responsibility
provide intelligence and analysis in risks and opportunities to the Camira Board, especially those that could affect compliance
conduct Audits of policy and compliance to standards
manage the implementation of risk and compliance improvement opportunities
lead the ongoing development of Camira Group risk and compliance strategies, setting, managing, delivering and reporting on key objectives that uphold Camira’s vision and values
develop effective internal and external relationships, communicating and continually influencing and encouraging cultural change with interested parties to support risk management activities
conduct risk assessments, including analysing risks in addition to identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the organisation through to implementing mitigation strategies
respond to enquiries by providing Governance, Risk management and Compliance support as appropriate
ensure the Camira Board, management and employees are compliant with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organisation meets the company's Standards of Conduct
Requirements
full UK driving license as some driving will be required in this role
