- give your personal attention to all guests, taking personal responsibility for their comfort and enjoyment during their visit to the spa
- works as part of a great team providing exceptional guest service
- exhibits a confident, friendly, and positive attitude when dealing with all guests
- ensures that all aspects of the ‘guest treatment journey’ is followed with every guest according to the standards of excellence
- provides guest with effective information
- promotes Cowley Manor leisure services and spa treatments, retail products whilst delivering excellent guest care
- ensure the whole package is delivered & is always in line with the Experimental’s standards
Requirements
- social, engaging and motivated
- use their initiative and is proactive
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- on the job and personalised training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to develop a clear career path
- be well spoken with excellent communication skills
